Detailed description

This is a simple class that can be used to manage and resize image files uploaded via Web forms.

It can manage uploaded files of the GIF or JPEG format and resize them if they exceed a given width or height limit.

The resized images are copied to a given destination directory, preserving the aspect of the original images.
