problem with Install.php

I try to install your script notes, but can not find inside the package the following scripts, and I see who are not included in the page phpclasses,

Thank you for downloading Notes and trying it out.

Out of curiosity did you download the required Classes? The one you need is Ladder.

Also did you read the ReadMe.txt file. You may need to change the paths listed in the include_once commands to correspond with how your website is configured.

Please let me know.

Same issue, the Install_Functions.inc file is not included in either this package or the Ladder package.
