Basic Template: Regular expression matching based template engine

This class implements a template processing engine that is based on regular expressions to locate several types of place holders and block marks.

It can replace placeholders with values from string variables, from array entries, from object variables or a from combination of arrays and objects.

It supports template blocks that can be processed conditionally or iteratively.

It also supports the inclusion of template files within other template files.
