This class can render a rotating arrow over a gauge meter.

It can draw a gauge meter with an arrow rotated by an angle calculated according to meter value and the meter initial and end angles.

The class can also draw a panel cover image on top of the meter and arrow images.

The resulting image can be displayed as the current script output or saved to a file in PNG format.

The panel background, arrow and cover images are configurable.

The code and comments are in Portuguese.
