This package can Manipulate tags and compose HTML documents.

There is a class that can create HTML tags and perform other tag manipulation operations like setting, getting, deleting and duplicating attributes, and generate HTML for the tag.

Another class can compose HTML documents adding CSS files, adding JavaScript files, and setting meta tags.
